Our client has been in their market and has established a strong presence for over 20 years. As they continue to grow, they have a need for a Controller. They are $115M in revenue and has a strong diverse portfolio.
The ideal Controller candidate is a detail-oriented individual who is collaborative with others but a strong leader. The Controller will be hands-on in accounting and "in the weeds", while still mentoring and guiding others. Recent and extensive experience in Percentage of Completion is required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or business
- Extensive and current Percentage of Completion (POC) experience in the Construction (preferred) or manufacturing industry
- 8 years of accounting experience
- Ability to be "hands-on" with GL accounting, month end close, and other accounting functions
- Strong and collaborative leadership style. Will manage 5 direct reports
