Lead Transporter 25 Hours Per Week Evening Shift 5pm-10pm

Assists with ensuring that all Transporters demonstrate competence in the use of transport patient care equipment and performing all transport procedures by coaching and mentoring. The Lead Transporter is responsible for the following in the absence of the Supervisor:
- staff coverage,
- operational procedures,
- supply ordering, and
- providing new employee orientation to patient transportation.
Education: High School Diploma or GED equiv.
Experience: Previous hospital experience preferably leading/mentoring others
Certification / Licensure: BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
