We are hiring a Human Resources Generalist at the Stewart’s Shops Corporate Office in Saratoga Springs. This position will expose you to various areas of Personnel including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in processing a weekly payroll for 5,000 employees.
• Analyze various payroll reports to ensure accuracy.
• Authorize employee updates in UKG payroll software including new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, etc.
• Oversee background check and drug testing process for new hires.
• Manage HR related records and information.
• Explain employee benefits and answer general HR related questions as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field preferred.
• Payroll processing experience preferred.
• Must be organized, self-motivated and have the ability to manage multiple functions within a fast-paced office setting.
• High attention to detail, critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgement when handling sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills in order to support our shop partners with personnel or payroll related questions.
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
We Offer:

• Starting Pay: $25-$30/hour.
• Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
