What are the responsibilities and job description for the Top Inside Sales Performer position at STH Inc.?
Maryland based Manufacturer’s Rep is seeking an inside sales representative with commercial Mechanical/Plumbing contractors to promote the sale and service of commercial pump systems and related control panels. In addition to pumping equipment filtration, rainwater harvesting etc.
The successful candidate must have a personal drive to develop relationships to close the sale; must be skilled in building individual and account relationships by reading customer feedback through empathy, sensing the customer’s reaction, and adjusting the approach to sign the deal.
Candidate MUST have:
- Medium/High mechanical aptitude and extremely organized
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years inside or outside sales experience with one company
- The ability to cultivate and deepen long-term relationships with existing clients and create new relationships
- A Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, Outlook and cloud-based CRM
- Residence within a 75-mile radius of Washing DC or Northern VA
- Earned at least $80K in the last 2 years (with proof)
- A clean driving record with the ability to visit top 20 accounts two times per year
