Role Description
This is a full-time role at Stienhardt & Stones in NYC Diamond District . As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging storytelling videos showcasing our Lab Grown Diamond Rings and Fine Jewelry. This role requires someone who is very fluent in front of the camera and is excellent at articulating their thoughts into content. Video content that is produced will be shared across Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, and other Social Media Platforms. Please Note: we exercise a startup culture at Stienhardt & Stones; You may be required to work beyond 40 hours/ week for this role. You may also be asked to help with other tasks not outlined in this post such as digital marketing, customer satisfaction, production, and other office responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Strong Background in Content Creation
- Must be able to work in person and travel to NYC Diamond District daily
- Prior Social Media Experience/ Personal Social Media Pages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Crisp Voiceover Skills
- Ability to Learn From Failure and Stay Persistent
- Background in Acting/ Performing Arts is preferred, but not required.
Daily Tasks
- 2-3 Tiktok Videos highlighting products/ educating about lab grown diamonds
- Cross Posting Content to Instagram and YouTube Shorts
- Regular Meeting with Head of Marketing to discuss strategy and messaging
- Schedule posts for Instagram stories
- Using Analytics to improve content and viewer retention
- Replying to Comments, DMs and other viewer interactions.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
