What are the responsibilities and job description for the Door Shop Machine Operator position at STIER SUPPLY COMPANY?
Stier Supply Company is currently seeking driven, self-motivated employees to join our Door Shop Production Line at our Distribution Center.
You will learn the following:
- How to build and frame interior and exterior doors
- The proper use of hand and power tools, including nail guns, saws, drills, and other tools required
- How to operate the 994; 990 and 700 machines on the line
- Gain hands-on experience while familiarizing yourself with the different types of materials and trim used in door manufacturing
- Perform basic assembly tasks in a teamwork environment

- To show up to work on time every day
- To maintain a clean and safe work environment and observe all safety rules posted
Qualifications:
- Ability to use a nail gun is preferred, but not required
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift 50-75lbs repetitively
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
- To be able to pass a drug; background, and physical evaluation
