Job Summary
The Branch Intern will perform a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative duties for the Financial Advisors (FA), branch support staff, and branch management. This position will also participate in special projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Administrative duties as needed such as answering phones, filing, scanning, travel and expense reports, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Collection of information needed for performance reports and coordination of appropriate paperwork and materials for client meetings.
- Perform general clerical duties related to daily branch operation.
- Participate in special projects for Financial Advisors and for the branch.
Qualifications
- Ability to organize large amounts of information and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Effectively collaborate and work as a team with a diverse group of individuals.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent and currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field.
- Minimum Required: 1 years in a professional level business position.
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
