Essential Functions
- Assembles orders, packages machines for shipment including building of lumber pallets.
- Coordinate with management, Inventory, for shipments of products within required standards and well known procedures
- Moving and loading completed packaged machines to warehouse or to truck for shipment
- Examining production checklist for completeness and quality levels, and making quality adjustments and repairs, as needed
- Responsible for maintaining a fair and consistent set of standards as they apply to the team members
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
- Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Promote a clean and safe working environment
- Other duties as assigned, by manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Forklift experience
- Strong organizational, administrative, record keeping & time management skills
- Minimum 1 year of Leadership experience preferred

- Self-starter, and strong ability to recognize links between roles and departments
