Job Description: Stillwater Human Capital is looking to grow our Business Development department to expand our growth of recruiting support services within Federal government consultancy areas. What You’ll Get to Do:
Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential prospects, and follow up on leads
Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies
Qualify, prioritize potential new opportunities and willing to be a hunter
Expands sales in existing and new accounts by introducing additional products and services
Manage sales pipeline and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making
Meet assigned sales goals and report sales pipeline status
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers
Understand customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
Utilize B2B software to identify and generate opportunity leads
Maintain and safeguard company assets and proprietary information
Maintain a high profile in the business community through professional organization memberships, active participation in community networking events, and industry conferences (virtually and in-person)
Continuously recommend and develop creative sales strategies and techniques for expanding existing business and to generate new business
Brainstorm with the Business Development Team to develop creative marketing engagement and promotional events
Work with experienced associates to lead discovery calls to understand potential clients’ needs and speak to Stillwater Capabilities
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
2 years of hands-on sales experience
Entrepreneurial spirit with a true sales hunter approach and a willingness to learn attitude
Proficient personal computer skills with MS Office products
Working knowledge of any sales stack technology such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, CRM such as Zoho or HubSpot
Exhibit professional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to self-motivate, set goals, and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and customers
Handle confidential information with discretion
Set an excellent example to all company personnel, clients, business partners and conduct activities as a company representative in an ethical and businesslike manner
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Recruiting solutions selling or services to large enterprise customers
Strong established relationships among key influencers within the Recruiting and Staffing Industry
Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, ZoomInfo, Outreach, CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
