Details:

PRN, approx 8-16 hours per week
-
Weekends as needed on rotation
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing various therapy treatments and clerical/noting procedures under the direction of a Registered Therapist.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Graduate of Occupational Therapist Assistant Program.

Current license to practice in Oklahoma or license eligible.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Certified in CPR within 30 days of hire.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
-
Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
-
Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.

Able to lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderately heavy material, supplies or patients (up to or >100 lbs.) for most of the shift.

Able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavyweight materials (over 100 lbs.) occasionally.
-
Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some bending and stooping.
