What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate position at Stirs?
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
- Coordinate with GM and store personnel to ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Utilize management systems to track inventory levels and monitor order status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the e-commerce platform and improve customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Implement strategies to increase online visibility, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations or related field.
- Strong knowledge inventory management, Shopify, Amazon Seller Station, Walmart Selling and Shipstation.
-Ability to handle online order issues or concerns With remarkable customer service.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
