What are the responsibilities and job description for the ACH ANALYST position at Stock Yards Bank and Trust?
As an ACH Analyst, your day will be filled with opportunities to process ACH and Wire transactions in support of both retail and business customers. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing ACH and Wire transactions in conjunction with risk mitigation efforts, application of complex rules and regulations, statistical reporting and analyzing of file totals for the establishment of limits, customer service support and reconciliation functions. Operational knowledge of banking is important while Stock Yards Bank will provide a professional environment to continually improve the candidate’s skills and to further his/her career goals for advancement to higher levels within the banking profession.
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Process ACH transactions while meeting processing deadlines, adhering to NACHA rules and bank policy. Process daily ACH exceptions to include returns and customer notification
- Routine communication with high profile business and consumer customers orally and in writing
- Compliance with all Treasury requests for reclamations on decedent accounts by required deadlines
- Ensure all Returns, Notifications of Change (NOCs) and Pre-notes are handled in accordance with NACHA rules
- Maintain OFAC requirements and guidelines in processing all transactions
- Perform other duties as assigned by EFT Services Manager
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 2 years of banking experience in Deposit Operations
- Proficiency in accuracy and attention to detail is a necessity
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain knowledge of ACH rules

Salary : $36,900 - $46,700
