Stoller Wine Group is seeking Bottling Line Workers to join a growing bottling team at the winery. This position is a full-time position, overtime and weekends as needed. We offer competitive medical, dental and 401k benefits and other perks, including lunches from our talented kitchen staff.
This role reports directly to the Bottling Line Manager.
The primary duties of this role are as follows:
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time (10 hours)
- Must be able to rotate to any position on the bottling line, performing all the following at a rapid pace: Dumping glass, packing full bottles into cases, stacking full cases.
- Participate in special projects such as hand labeling, repacks, special packs and other various projects.
- General housekeeping duties maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and other departments.
- Follow all procedures and guidelines. Identify safety hazards and communicates to team members and leadership.
- Must be able to work in the cellar during harvest while being shift flexible.
- Perform other duties in any department as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, ability to work with team members to achieve production goals safely and has a desire to continuously learn and improve self and others.
- Must be overtime and shift flexible.
- Flexible schedule during harvest.
- Reliable transportation.
- Primary Shift: 7am – 5:30pm, 4 days a week.
