Stone Warehouse USA is one of the largest suppliers of natural and engineered stone in Florida and Michigan with multiple locations and expanding. We are renowned for the high quality and unique selection of granite, marble, quartzite, and Porcelain slabs. We are the exclusive distributor of Quantum Quartz, an engineered stone produced with the finest materials. We are also an exclusive distributor for Lapitec, a sintered stone is a matrix of minerals heated (sintered) to form a solid impenetrable mass. Our slabs have been imported from Italy, Brazil, India, and Asia for the past 18 yrs.
Our mission is to offer a superior customer service experience utilizing our extensive knowledge and quality materials, to designers, builders, fabricators, and homeowners alike.
We are currently seeking energetic and friendly individuals to work in one of the fastest growing companies in the stone industry.
We are looking to fill 1 position within our company for Branch Manager for our NAPLES, FL branch.
This Branch is a fast-paced environment and is growing very fast.
Bilingual is preferred but not necessary.
The position will include the following responsibilities:
- Provide direction to all product sales specialists to ensure a highly attentive and accurate level of customer service.
- Complete all product specialist certification courses.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of merchandise and installation.
- Ensure the overall merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
- Communicate standard operating procedure direction and changes to all associates in a timely manner.
- Complete the Industrial Truck (forklift) proficiency testing and certification.
- Communicate inventory needs to management.
- Direct and assist the processing of merchandise to the showroom floor.
- Establish and build customer relationships with clients.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services
- Assist in material selections by walking with homeowners, builders, designers, and fabricators alike.
- Data entry.
- Make follow-up phone calls to ensure material selections/sales.
- Strong organizational, time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Experience with Account Receivables and posting payments.
- Invoicing.
- Load sheets for the trucks.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 p/yr with potential to reach 6 figures the first year! BASE DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE. The bonuses and commissions are already there!!!!
