Experience Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of dental hygiene procedures
- Ability to complete comprehensive periodontal assessments and educate patient's on state of oral health.
- Ability to capture x-rays of diagnostic quality in an efficient time manner.
- Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA and HIPPA understanding that complies with Alabama Dental Board guidelines
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Excellent customer service required to ensure patients feel welcome to decrease any dental anxiety.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Certification Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
- Valid Alabama state license
- Valid CPR certification

Hygienist are eligible for bonus incentives at certain locations.

* Hours: Monday-Wednesday 7:45am to 5:00pm Thursday 7:45am to 4:00pm
* Hourly rate: Fair Market Value; Commensurate with experience
