As the Recruiting Coordinator at Stonegate Senior Living in Lewisville, TX, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the recruiting efforts provided by Recruiting Services corporate to our managed facilities. The purpose of the Recruiting Coordinator is to provide timely and accurate job postings, candidate sourcing, candidate review and social media posts regarding recruitment and hiring opportunities offered by our managed facilities.

The Recruiting Coordinator should have a working knowledge of recruiting and human resources functions, policies, and processes in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with posting active job requisitions on ATS (Paycor), on really, State workforce websites, social media, and other resources to post positions and attract talent.
  • Assists recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates.
  • Perform data gathering on application flow to present to leadership weekly.
  • Create graphics using Canva to highlight specific job openings.
  • Routinely load candidates into Paycor from all application platforms
  • Refers appropriate candidates to facility for review.
  • Provides support and coordination of recruitment projects and related services to assist in overall recruitment strategy and process.
  • Participates in and provides analytical support in design, development, and implementation of job postings, social media posts, digital and hard copy recruiting materials and programs.
  • Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events as needed.
  • Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, policies, and process, and/or regulations.
  • Serves as point of contact for recruiting department.
  • Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.
  • Support the Human Resources department with other operational and administrative activities as needed.

Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems preferred
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Recruiting and interviewing skills
  • Familiarity with relevant employment Law
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • High School Diploma with 1 year of recruiting / HR support experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience in recruiting or human resources
  • Minimum 1 year of candidate sourcing or related experience is preferred'
