What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Sales position at Storable?
We are looking for a savvy sales leader with a proven track record of success building, managing, and scaling high performing customer sales teams. Working alongside the Molo Leadership Team, you will be responsible for bringing the voice of the customer to the organization to help inform the go-to-market customer growth strategy.
Location: REMOTE

What you will do every day:
- Sales Execution
- Ability to build, coach, and develop a high performing customer growth sales team.
- Ability to scale the team and its leadership through this phase of Storable’s growth.
- Ability to set aggressive and achievable sales targets.
- Ability to manage expected productivity improvements.
- Ability to help develop the go-to-market, lead generation, and sales strategies to current customers.
- Sales Strategy
- Ability to understand the market’s needs and inform the business overall on how to best execute our growth plans.
- Ability to map our products and vision to the specific needs of each market segment, and customers within those segments.
- Ability to deliver feedback constantly to improve our ability to meet customer growth targets.

- Develop plans and methodologies to ensure your team is motivated to continuously exceed client expectations.
- Create an environment within your team that delivers measurable growth and results through continuous improvement, development, and coaching.
- Equip your sales team with the tools, resources, training, and opportunities to operate at their full potential.
- Define and implement operational metrics, KPIs and other measurements of success that measure, optimize and continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales programs, tactics, and strategy.
- Establish a well-structured recruiting, onboarding, training and mentoring program that is well documented and easily implemented.
What you need to bring to the table:
- At least 10 years sales experience, with 5 years in a management position
- Must be a role model; this position requires you to play an active role in your team's success
- Experience selling to all market segments: enterprise, small / medium businesses
- Disciplined, organized, and self-directed
- Capable of building and executing a flawless sales process and methodology; this will be equal parts strategy and tactics, and it’s important that this person be a “doer” on top of a “thinker”
- Ability to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
- Build upon a culture of innovation, positivity, collaboration, and accountability
- Experience with go-to-market strategy; compensation; pricing models; hiring; and training
- Deliver key management reporting and data analysis, including sales and pipeline metrics, forecasting, and sales cycle analysis
- Collaborate with Client Services, Marketing, and Product to produce world-class workflows and product offerings
- Comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to better leverage our resources toward the mission; be the voice of the market
- Proof of increased revenue and sales productivity in most recent job
- The ability to travel 25%
