What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative (Insurance) position at Storable?
Storable is seeking a talented Sales Representative. In this role you will be using a defined sales process to identify prospects and their needs and selling a premier self storage insurance program to self-storage facility owners and customers. We simply want ambitious, hardworking people who love a challenging and fast paced environment. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and abilities for the good of the customer by working closely with sales management, product management and support to enhance the customer purchasing experience.
What you will do everyday:
- Call for training/meeting, attend appointment/meeting, do presentation, successfully convert to client/profitable partner, follow the initial meeting and maintain the relationship for continued success
- Make presentations to various groups
- Communicate with Sales Directors and Trainers in specific sales/training techniques or processes
- Master the sales process & training process
- Foster and maintain ongoing strong relationship with customer base and network contacts
- Obtain Property and Casualty License
What you will need to bring to the table:
- Storage and/or Insurance experience a plus but not required
- Superior presentation skills communicating to a variety of audiences
- Closes the training and/or sale by addressing customer concerns and consistently moving the manager or owner towards commitment
- Exceeds client expectations through service and performance
- Skilled in time management
- Possesses self-discipline
