```Experience:```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of childhood development and best practices in early childhood education
- Experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Ability to effectively educate, communicate, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in math instruction and curriculum development
- Experience in lesson planning and assessment strategies
- Knowledge of special education laws and practices
- Demonstrated ability in classroom management and behavior management techniques
