Storm Products is a leading bowling ball and equipment manufacturer, inspired to create innovative products for bowlers worldwide. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our Brigham City, Utah location.
Responsibilities for Receptionist
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answer and transfer company incoming calls, answer customer service calls and questions, order/data entry for specific accounts; follow order from call to shipment. Able to backup customer service team when needed.
Qualifications for Receptionist
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, and have a strong work ethic. Must be dependable and have the ability to work well with others. Must also have excellent communications skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize. Good follow up with customers is a must. Experience in customer service is required. Must have experience working with an accounting systems and Excel.
M-F 8 AM - 5 PM. Weekends off. Full time.
