Key Responsibilities & Duties:


The Showroom Customer Experience Representative is responsible for greeting potential customers at the Lake Worth, FL showroom in a friendly and professional manner. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service to all showroom visitors and gaining a deep understanding of the local market, specifically relating to Storm Smart's target audience.

Essential Functions

  • Approaches, greets,and offers assistance or direction to all customers who enter the showroom.

  • Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.Share product knowledge, samples and product brochures to assist in setting an appointment.

  • Monitor local competitor promotions for each product group

  • Maintain continuous awareness of competitive products, pricing, performance, market share, for purpose of recommending product continuance or modifications, market potential

  • Assist in the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships within the local community.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute partnership activation plans, ensuring that both Storm Smart and partners receive maximum value from collaborations.

  • Coordinate logistics for events, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Community Engagement - Represent Storm Smart at local events, building relationships with key community stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to identify local opportunities for Storm Smart to contribute to hurricane awareness and home show events

  • Responds to showroom email and task requests.

  • Assist sales representatives with sales presentation materials and administrative tasks.

  • Assist Lead Setters with scheduling internet and phone leads as appointments for sales representatives.

  • Ensure all showroom products and sales materials are current and up to date.

  • Keep the showroom clean and presentable.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in person, online, and telephone.

  • Prior customer service experience.

  • Able to analyze and solve problems as they arise.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs.

  • Effective time management skills.

  • Having a friendly and engaging personality.

  • Comfortable working with members of the public.

  • Should have a confident manner.

  • Must be helpful and polite.

  • An eventual comprehensive understanding of all Storm Smart products and services.

  • Able to work as part of a sales support team.

  • Should be of a professional appearance and articulate.

Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:


  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • Proven experience/track record.
