Vice President of Operations - Position Summary:
The VP of Operations will be responsible for ensuring the organization is both profitable and sustainable. This leadership role will effectively leverage human capital and organizational resources to most efficiently meet or exceed company goals. This position will provide the leadership, management, and guidance necessary to optimize performance and drive growth.
The VP of Operations will report directly to the Senior VP of Operations and will oversee departmental managers ensure coordination of efforts to reach organizational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide company direction through the development of actionable short-term and long-term financial and operational goals
- Collaborate with executive colleagues and departmental managers to implement plans and policies throughout the organization in order to ascertain goals
- Work with team to monitor and track progress toward goals and measure analytics
- Devise tactics to reduce costs, increase revenues, and improve overall company performance
- Skillfully engage in high-level negotiations to generate lucrative contracts and/or build beneficial relationships with companies and individuals
- Advise around staffing and other key organizational efforts and resources
- Coordinate with various departmental managers to ensure each department operates efficiently and remains on track to meet company goals
- Delegate responsibilities, provide direction and support and oversee departmental projects
- Review performance of managers and establish constructive corrective measures as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
