Job Summary:
As the AC Warranty Product and Services Salesperson, you will be responsible to work with our customers and ensure they are offered all appropriate warranty and product service options. You will also assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our warranty programs. This position will also handle product registration for retail and retail new construction new installations. World Class customer service and people skills are a must. You will also need to build strong relationships with our vendor partners to ensure we have the most current information available.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of our customers and offer all appropriate products and services.
- Create and maintain a list of all vendor partners and contacts.
- Create and maintain a database of all leads through retail, retail new construction, and product registration.
- Meet and exceed all sales goals and established key metrics.
- Participate regularly in all sales meeting and related activities.
- Provide constant feedback related to our competition and our current standings in the marketplace.
- Answer telephones and respond to all emails related all registrations, warranties, and product sales opportunities.
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Previous “In House Sales “experience.
- World Class Customer Service skills.
- High Quality Organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and while facing deadlines and other adversities.
- Must be able to Multitask.
- Ability to network and build relationships within our communities.
- Excellent critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least three years of related experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
