Proposal Coordinator II

Must-haves:

• Bachelors degree in a related field of study andtypically 3 or more years of relevant experience

  • A higher level degree may substitute for experience

  • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education

• Experience with coordinating proposal activities, proposal writing, and document editing with emphasis in technical products and logistics services

• Familiarity with electronic and hard copy proposal production and delivery

• Ability to work with collaborative software tools, such as Microsoft Teams and/or Development Engineering Software tools, such as JIRA, Windchill, Confluence

• Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment

• General understanding of Microsoft Office Applications

• Progressive technical and proposal experience with emphasis on technical products and services related to Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) or other complex systems/services for US Government and international customers

Preferred:

• Experience preparing narratives, themes, focus boxes and action captions

• Experience supporting technical and engineering proposal development

• Understanding of procurement and subcontracting processes for proposal activities

• Background in civilian US Department of Defense Proposal Management, Aerospace and Defense Industry, or US Military
