Job Summary:  

The Corporate Systems Analyst role will be responsible for documenting and development and administration requirements and understanding and detailing processes for applications and business functions. This role requires frequent interaction with end users and third-party application vendors. This role will participate in various design discussions, propose, and create solutions, and design deliverables to implement in our global applications and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. This role is expected to communicate and convey requirements, both verbally and in writing, to the development teams any required changes. This role will also be required to test/verify the proposed solutions and designs. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Support and build solutions in Oracle Finance Cloud systems with long term value 

• In a techno-functional lead role, one must be capable to understand end-to-end business processes, articulate business requirements into solution in Oracle Cloud applications, and prototype & present solution to business by demonstrating application capabilities 

• Able to configure Oracle EBS Financial application modules and execute end to end testing 

• Ensure technical design and development meets security compliance criteria at all time 

• Identify and implement opportunities in the solution that will drive improvements in performance, scalability, reliability and re-usability 

• Create/Review technical and functional design documents 

• Debug and do root cause analysis 

• Develop solution in accordance with the application architecture and coding standards 

• Operate in a defined scope of development work for projects and deliver per the agreed project timelines. 

• Own the deliverables till completion, facilitate smooth workflow for development & service delivery, design document, and support endlessly for smooth implementation 

• Be up to date with Oracle Cloud latest developments and releases to facilitate a cost-effective business requirement solution 

• Remain knowledgeable of current technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results. 

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills 

Education/Experience/Certifications: 

• A Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Engineering or Business or Finance or Accounting  

• 4- 7 years of experience in multiple end-to-end implementations/support projects of Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS (R12 & 11i) involving Financials modules across Finance industry domains Prior Project or Team management experience in the Implementation engagement is highly desirable. 

• Relevant Oracle EBS certification is required. 

Skills/Abilities:  

• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training. 

• Strong experience and Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials applications such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), iExpenses(EA), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Fusion Tax, Workflow and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). 

• Having expertise in Rapid Implementation template to do configuration. 

• Understanding of File based data import and export. 

• Understanding of OTBI reporting is must. 

• Understanding of integration using webservices / REST API is must. 

• Excellent Oracle/SQL query skills required. 

• Proven track record of successful system troubleshooting and assisting end users/customers in a timely manner. 

• Oracle BI Publisher experience highly desirable. 

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience highly desirable. 

• Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) experience highly desirable. 

• Experience with ORMB is preferred.
