The Role
We are looking to add an extremely organized, hard-working, and motivated Digital Project Manager to our high-achieving team. This person will support the media team that drives our clients digital marketing strategies and lead generation efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, supporting presentation efforts and managing day to day communications with clients and vendors. This person will attend and run meetings with clients, create agendas and take detailed notes followed by recaps and action items to ensure movement across projects and campaigns. This person should be extremely comfortable with fundamental project management, project management tools (such as Asana), Google Suite, Microsoft Outlook, calendaring and coordinating schedules, indexing and creating multimedia databases for organizing, as well as understanding and communicating project status and results. This person should also be able to produce great looking PowerPoint slides.
Your Role
- Create and communicate effective project plans and schedules, including assigning tasks based on the project plan or, in some cases, email communications, calls or meetings, as well as follow-through on tracking progress of task completion and assigning deadlines to tasks
- Responsible for using task management software (Asana, Basecamp, JIRA, etc) to create and update tasks, build checklists, and define requirements
- Ensure campaign/project deliverables are complete, accurate, and effectively managed through the project life cycle
- Schedule check-ins with internal and external stakeholders on deliverables and project updates
- Create, own, and manage multiple meetings, including calendar invites, agendas, note-taking, action items and operating screen-sharing and video calls
- Communication, both internal and external, via phone, video, and email (so many emails!)
- Escalation of roadblocks, timing delays and status updates to senior management at a high-level
- QA of campaign assets
- Create wireframe mockups, screenshots, and user flows to document project concepts and overviews
- Build and maintain working relationships with team members, clients, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects
- Be proactive and take the necessary, appropriate steps to understand how to move a project forward
- Contribute to a fun, collaborative & high-performing culture
Your Experience (Required)
- 2 - 3 years of demonstrated experience in a Project Management role, digital media or marketing field required
- Managed small to large scale projects through all stages of the life cycle, ensuring on-time, quality and delivery
- Comfortable being extremely proactive and working in a very fast-paced environment
- Posses a high level of organization, leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Ability to manage team to meet deadlines, anticipate potential bottlenecks, and resolve issues independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity leading internal/external meetings with team and client facing meetings always in a professional manner
- Capable of delivering high-quality, nice-looking documentation and deliverables
- Ability to predict challenges and obstacles while remaining professional at all times
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have experience using project management tools, like Asana, Monday.com, Teamwork, Jira and/or Trello
- Expert knowledge of using various communication platforms (Slack, Teams, Zoom, Google Meet-up)
Your Experience
(Technical Background, Not required, Nice to have)
- Familiarity with code release schedules as well as Agile methodologies
- Ability to communicate technical requirements to developers
- Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques
(Digital Media Background, Not required, Nice to have)
- Familiarity with media calculations and terms such as CPA, CPC, conversion, open rates, etc.
- Knowledgeable about different digital marketing channels such as email, linkout, co-reg or others
- Experience with planning, directing, and coordinating both internal and external teams, specifically involving senior level employees, vendors, and clients all on one project
- Business development experience with brands, digital publishers, or marketing agencies.
