Project Coordinator will spearhead, organize, and maintain many of Client’s highest priority and cutting-edge technical initiatives. The position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills to provide administrative project support to the Global Media Engineering team. This role will support various engineering-related projects including documenting and monitoring project related items to ensure action items and deadlines are adequately communicated to the responsible parties. The Project Coordinator will work with engineering management and engineers to clearly communicate tasks and responsibilities to the workstream leads and project teams.
Core Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate technically complicated projects from start to completion including design, budget, buildout, documentation, and handoff.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Track project budgets and spends on a recurring basis and create, maintain, and update supporting reporting documents including tracking project purchases for delivery dates, fulfillment of orders, and coordinating returns as needed.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to manage requests, track deadlines, and provide frequent updates.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Assist with the creation of project meetings and agendas.
- Document project meetings and provide clear, organized, timely summaries to project team members.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings including but not limited to Microsoft Office application, Smartsheets, and Google Office Suite.
- Work with a team of engineers and operators in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and address critical problems through to resolution.
- Ability to work independently and with other members of a team and follow through on requests in a timely manner, escalating to other members of the team when appropriate.
- Act as a liaison and take part in regular meetings between various departments and professionally represent our department.
- Hardware tracking including inventory and storage.
- Ability to perform well in a high-pressure environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Travel may be required.
About You- Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Work experience within the media/tech industry preferred.
- Highly proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet's and Google Office Suite applications.
- Understanding of project budgeting and finance.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude with ability to lead and handle high volume projects and tasks.
- Superior organizational skills with a high degree of flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to respond to changing priorities, timelines, and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of AWS architectures and methodologies.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
