Job Summary

SHI is looking to hire a strong Talent Acquisition leader to support the build out of our company Stratscale. Expertise in Technical and Sales recruitment is a must to ensure success of this team.

The Talent Acquisition Manager’s purpose will be to own and execute all aspects of Talent Acquisition (TA) serving as an integral part of the Talent Acquisition business unit.  The TA Manager will assist the Sr. TA Manager in leading, developing and implementing solutions for external recruiting goals and challenges.  The role will lead a team Technical Recruiters, Sales Focused Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators and collaborate with TA management to deliver seamless support and solutions for the business unit and HR department.

 

The individual in this position will ensure that all processes are aligned with the strategic goals of the company. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide guidance, training, supervision, and leadership for Talent Acquisition’s direct reports
  • Motivate, coach, and develop team members
  • Build and execute a strategy for TA team goals
  • Coordinate with TA specialists and hiring managers to strengthen  business unit dynamics, planning strategies on staffing and forecasting needs for SHI
  • Assist with assigning hiring assignments for business unit
  • Evaluate employment agreement risks and background check reports with legal counsel and management
  • Work with management to advance the development of iCIMS, SHI applications, resources, and partners
  • Manage, leverage and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to sourcing, screening, assessing, and on-boarding of qualified top talent
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for Talent Acquisition issues to offer support and recommendations
  • Reports to management on an ongoing basis, to monitor and provide feedback/progress on team’s performance measures
  • Provide data entry, including but not limited to excel spreadsheets, power point presentations, offer letter creation and internal systems
  • Partners with TA Management and University and Branding Program Manager to enhance our employer brand and university initiatives
  • Stay up to date with Industry Trends to increase company and professional brand profile and meet potential candidates
  • Uphold SHI policies and core values to foster coworkers’ morale and engagement
  • Must have the ability to work with a sense of urgency and be able to successfully navigate changing priorities
  • Support other HR functions related to the recruitment and hiring process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience
  • 4 years of strong sourcing/recruitment experience gained within a corporate setting or agency
  • Recruiting /sourcing subject matter expert with a proven track record of direct sourcing via LinkedIn

  • Highest level of integrity regarding confidential information
  • Ability to communicate the SHI/Stratascale story and culture

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • People management experience
  • Experience conducting online meetings & conference calls using Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom or other conferencing platforms
  • Experience with iCIMS ATS or other
