Sr. Financial Analyst (#22-098 TS/SCI Clearance) with Security Clearance

Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) Research and Development (R&D) activities within the Research Directorate (NGA Research). NGA delivers world-class geospatial intelligence that provides a decisive advantage to policymakers, military service members, intelligence professionals and first responders. In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will provide support for R& D program planning, budget building, acquisition support, and financial execution of Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) funding. This support will aid the PPE team, Technical Offices, and Pods in the programmatic and financial aspects of new and existing programs, projects, and acquisitions. Senior Financial Analyst Qualification Requirements: Education • BA/BS or MA/MS in business, management, finance, accounting, or equivalent degree Experience • 15 years of related experience is required. • Expertise and experience in the execution of R&D funding. • Knowledge of Financial Management Regulations, the FAR, DFARS and internal NGA policies and procedures for the execution of RDT&E, O&M, and PDW funding. • Experience sending MIPRs, NGA AF-9s or DoD Purchase Requests (PRs), and or 7600s for the execution of funding. • Experience drafting or reviewing execution documentation including but not limited to IGCEs, SOWs, D&Fs, etc. Clearance • Active TS/SCI Clearance You will be required to adhere to all COVID guidelines and regulations in place for any location where you will perform work.
