Location: 310 Evergreen Road, Louisville, KY, 40243
 
Shift: 1st, Full-Time, Exempt, Monday through Friday

We are currently seeking an entry level Sales Administrator to work at our corporate office in Louisville, KY. This individual will work in Information Technology sales, supporting multiple government and commercial contracts and Account Managers. We need an individual who is extremely detail oriented and can follow instructions well. Here at Strategic, we are constantly adapting and juggling multiple priorities.
 
*Estimated 40-45 hours per week, first shift. During peak season (June through September), additional hours will be required although some duties are capable of being performed remotely.
 
Responsibilities may include:
  • Entering opportunities and quotes into our software platform (TigerPaw)
  • Tech Refresh - Entering vendor/OEM data into internal tracking spreadsheets for upload into various external portals
  • Verifying accuracy, quality assurance (QA) of data entered by other sales team members
  • Assisting in preparation of responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc.
  • Participating in sales meetings and coordinating documentation across internal departments as needed, uploading documents into various software platforms and portals
  • Serving as a liaison and support resource for our sales personnel
  • Completing sales training on our various products and services as assigned
Experience/Education Requirements:
  • 1 years relevant work experience in administration/support for information technology or related industry strongly preferred, minimum of three years administrative experience
  • Understanding of IT terminology preferred
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Excel required, simple to intermediate formulas, drag/fill, copy/paste
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Word – document formatting, editing
  • Comfortable with Adobe – utilizing tools to edit, organize, combine documents
  • Prior parts/inventory data entry experience preferred
  • CRM (service/relationship management software) experience preferred 
  • High School Diploma required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

*Compensation will vary depending on experience and education, performance-based incentives
