CAREER OPPORTUNITY– Finance Director with Prodigy Properties in Cincinnati, OH
As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the oversight of the finance and accounting function of the Company which includes managing the financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets. You will oversee the monthly and quarterly financial statements for multiple entities / receivership assets. You will also be responsible for HR administrative oversight.
This is a strategic, but also hands-on tactical position. This is a dynamic role that will be very interesting and highly rewarding.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree with Finance or Accounting Major (required)
- Minimum of 5 years general accounting experience (required)
- Certified Public Accountant (required)
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience (required)
- Background or experience in the real estate field (preferred)
- Expert understanding of GAAP and tax laws
- Strong technology skills and experience with integrating software systems
- Working knowledge of payroll (Paycor)
- Rent Manager experience, or other property management based software (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
