Job Opportunity – Marketing Project Manager for FC Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH

As the Marketing Project Manager with FC Cincinnati, you will work cross-functionally to ensure that all marketing and creative projects are submitted, executed, and delivered on-time, on-strategy, and on-budget. You will also be responsible for bringing together key stakeholders from across departments to plan and execute key marketing initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all areas of the organization to ensure that marketing requests are submitted completely, accurately and on-time.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to establish project workflows and timelines.
• Manage the project lifecycle to ensure that all steps are completed, and deadlines are met.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings that bring together groups across the organization including Marketing, Ticketing, Partnerships, Legal and others.
• This role may be required to support Matchday operations during FC Cincinnati matches and other events at TQL Stadium.

Skill Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work simultaneously across multiple projects and systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to challenge others and deliver direct requests and expectations.
• Previous experience working with project management software (i.e., com, Smartsheet, Trello, etc.)
• Represent the club in an ethical and professional manner at all times.
• Knowledge of, and interest in, soccer, specifically Major League Soccer

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, combined with 2 years of project management experience, preferably in the creative, advertising or marketing industries.
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide verification of vaccination prior to start date
