Career Opportunity: Training Administrator with Realtor® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH

Do you have experience scheduling and coordinating programs for credential required memberships? Do you excel at the details to ensure successful training programs, events, or activities? If you answered yes, we want to speak to you!

As the Training Administrator, you will be responsible to schedule and coordinate training sessions for Realtors® within the greater Cincinnati area. The sessions will enable Realtors® to increase their professionalism and broaden their expertise. Other responsibilities include:

• Schedule and facilitate training relevant to the experience of the membership and their career goals.
• Work with trainers to ensure course content achieves participant engagement.
• Research and recommend learning equipment and technological support platforms.
• Schedule and register classes with the State for certification.
• Assess training needs and measure outcomes through surveys, interviews, focus groups discussions, or consultation with program stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with workforce development trends and factors related to employment and industry growth.
• File class attendance reports for the State, generate report certificates and verify licenses.

To be considered, you will meet the following requirements:

• Associates degree in related education or training field required.
• Past experience in credentialing, training, or education programs.
• 3 – 4 years' experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Successful track record of applying proven practices related to credentialing, training, or education programs.
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
