What are the responsibilities and job description for the LEGO Coach position at Strategic Kids?
We are looking for instructors for our after school programs teaching LEGO and in Everett and near by areas!
We are looking for energetic and reliable instructors to lead 1 hour classes after school Monday through Friday at local elementary schools.
Classes meet for one hour after school and we will pay you for set up and prep. This is perfect for college students or anyone with their afternoons free who want to have the opportunity to positively impact kids!
We are currently looking for instructors to teach in the Everett area.
Requirements:
- be a highly motivated individual to bring your best everyday to every class
- experience working with elementary aged children
- at least a basic knowledge of LEGO
- interest or ability in Chess is a plus for teaching multiple topics and classes.
- willingness to teach through fun and innovative methods
- availability between M-F 3:00 pm -- 5:00 pm
- available at least 3 days per week
- reliable form of transportation that can get you to any school you are assigned
- energetic and fun personality that allows you to inspire children
- must be able to pass fingerprinting/background check
