Core Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities for the HRBP role include, but are not limited to the following: managing the annual performance evaluation process, incentive awards programs, employee relations, time and attendance administration, leave administration, local training and employee development initiatives, talent acquisition, onboarding, new hire orientation, employee development, succession planning, employee relations, retention, overall HR compliance, and advising managers on day-to-day HR processes.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills to create and maintain HR related metrics and reports.
- Support the implementation and design of various human resources plans, programs, and procedures.
- Facilitate and advise on the enterprise performance management process.
- Help business and HR leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrate HR analytics and other relevant data to help line leaders make informed decisions.
- Provide coaching to leaders, managers and employees as needed.
- Work collaboratively and independently as the situation dictates.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Strong knowledge of federal, state and local laws.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and uncompromising confidentiality.
- Expertise in handling a variety of employee relations issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters or PHR certification
