Compliance Resource Center (CRC) is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for detail-oriented work and strong analytical skills for a full-time entry-level Screening and Investigations Associate position in our Alexandria, VA office. (Remote Position)

About this Career Opportunity:

Screening and Investigations Associates play a vital role in helping our health care clients meet federal and state regulations through screening individuals and businesses against federal and state exclusion databases, investigating and validating results, and providing written reports of findings. Screening and Investigations Associates also conduct interviews with hotline callers wishing to report concerns around potentially fraudulent activities and provide written reports of the interviews.

Screening and Investigations Associates receive extensive hands-on training in screening, investigation and interview techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy detail-oriented work and have a desire to learn or grow investigation, interview, and research skills. There is the opportunity for professional growth and advancement into more senior positions.

• Associate's Degree and 2 years of professional work or internship experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 1 semester of professional work and/or internship experience

Training for the position is provided. No prior screening or investigation experience is required.
