We are Careismatic Brands Inc., the global leader in medical apparel, footwear, and accessories. We have an outstanding opportunity for an SEO Manager to develop and implement effective SEO strategies for our portfolio of brands.
The Digital Marketing team at Careismatic Brands is responsible for focusing on the development and rollout of our paid digital media – concentrating on SEM, paid social, and display channels.
The SEO Manager will play a role in managing our SEO agency and direct all SEO activities, including technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase organic traffic and rankings on all major search engines and, in turn, drive meaningful revenue impact for our portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter and effective problem-solver with proven experience working across an organization to get things done.
This is a full-time hybrid role.
Salary Range: $100,000.00- $125,000.00

What Your Day Looks Like
- Defining the SEO strategy for our portfolio of brands on a multi-site single cart with the agency and drive successful implementation.
- Completing tasks according to the SEO timeline/scope for each brand. This involves receiving deliverables on-time by the agency and collaborating with internal Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams for timely implementation.
- Build and prioritize an SEO roadmap based on impact, level of effort, and risk to help acquire new traffic through organic search.
- Reviewing deliverables and providing feedback to the agency to ensure completeness and readiness for internal teams.
- Tracking performance following implementation and sharing recommendations internally.
- Communicating with brands on a regular basis to share updates on performance, progress across projects, and for continuous alignment on strategy.
- Identify opportunities for traffic growth through optimization of site architecture, keyword selection, on-page factors, and scalable content.
- Work alongside engineering teams to execute your SEO roadmap initiatives and report results to leadership and peers.
- Guiding the agency to build and optimize SEO performance reports with KPIs across brands.
- Distilling insights from bi-weekly check-ins with the agency and regularly sharing insights with stakeholders.
