The demand for our services is growing. We are actively recruiting full-time analysts to join our team. As an Account Services Analyst working for Strategic Property Associates, you will work on our Due Diligence Team in a client-facing role in which you will update borrower on-file documentation to ensure compliance with federal banking regulations. No prior banking experience is required – you will work with and be trained by the best commercial mortgage risk identification team in the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all documents have been reviewed for 100% accuracy to the information on file.
• Work with the team to reconcile any/all issues with document accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree or certified training in finance or related field.
• Experience in any channel of finance.
• Willingness to learn the commercial mortgage business.
• Strong oral and written business communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers to navigate and solve new challenges in a professional manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook are required.
• Strong administrative, organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills are a must.
• Commercial Real Estate Loan experience is a plus but not required.
