SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide Young Adult Case Management Program services to young adults currently in the immigration system.

Overview: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) is establishing a Young Adult Case Management Program (YACMP) for young adults (ages 18-19) to provide appropriate monitoring services for participating non-dangerous, low flight-risk young adults within a framework that promotes compliance with immigration obligations until resolution of their cases. Community-based services tailored to individual participant needs will serve as a central means to monitor participants and to promote compliance with their immigration obligations. Site Managers will oversee case managers and services delivered in 17 cities across the United States.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Site Managers will supervise case managers who monitor, coordinate and/or deliver community based services to young adults, aged 18-19, who are pending resolution of immigration proceedings.
- Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership at the specific site designated in the Young Adult Case Management Program.
- Ensure site staffing levels are maintained and that case managers are properly trained to perform their case management duties.
- Support the development and maintenance of a network of age appropriate and culturally sensitive community resources.
- Collaborate with organizations that have experience connecting families with local community-based organizations (including medical, mental health, trauma informed care, ethnic community groups, religious organizations, educational resources, and other community-based services).
- Directs efforts of work-site case workers and serves as the primary interface and POC with the YACMP Program Director.
- Responsible for regularly briefing Program Director on site status.
- Oversees contractor personnel and project operations in a specific worksite.
- Responsible and accountable for the overall execution and administration of the designated worksite.
Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline (i.e. Social Work or Community Service Delivery) from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 3 years of documented experience in a field related to this program to include social work or community service delivery.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities, illustrates attention to detail, and shows evidence of being conscientious regarding deadlines.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with remotely located team members.
- Demonstrates effective written and oral communications; experience briefing and giving presentations to various sized audiences.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of Tools: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
- Able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- May Require Travel (5-10%).
