We are looking for a full-time teammate to share our values and processes with prospective clients and prepare them for meeting with an attorney. This person will follow up on leads and set appointments for what we call “Family Wealth Planning Sessions”. If this sounds exciting to you, you might be THE ONE.

You MUST be technology savvy and able to handle working with several different databases of information. Of course, proficiency with Word and Excel is expected; Ability to create presentations and knowledge of CRMs is a plus. You must be comfortable learning other software programs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intake Specialist at Stratton and Reynolds. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting client intake interviews, imparting the value of legal assistance, gathering necessary information, and assisting attorneys with case management. You will also be providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with related matters.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client intake and customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in the legal field or related industries is beneficial but NOT required
• Sales experience is beneficial but NOT required

Details

• Pay range will be $45,000-$55,000 per year depending on candidate qualifications
• 40 hour work week
