Junior Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Junior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in a fast-paced, growing organization. 

The Salesforce Administrator will work on project and support desk related work to ensure the Salesforce instance is supporting our business and teams. They will be responsible for the user administration, building reports and layouts, data integrity and heavily focused on on-going training and support of our Salesforce users. 

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Serve as primary system administrator for the one of our two Salesforce environments with 50 (and growing) users. 
• Primary support contact for all Salesforce related support tickets. 
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user administration (onboarding/offboarding), modification of page layouts, roles, profiles, generation of reports and dashboards, etc. 
• Manage data to improve Salesforce data quality. 

• Hold live, consistent on-going training sessions for Salesforce end users. 
• Build training courses for new hires, new processes, and system updates. 
• Document Salesforce processes and customizations in our internal Wiki. 
• Extremely detail oriented and aware of the critical nature of maintaining data structure and integrity within Salesforce and as it integrates with our other business systems. 
• Work as an integral team member within the Technical Operations department, reporting to the VP of System Operations, with your focus on Salesforce but with the ability to work within a complex technical ecosystem. 

• Communicate, manage your task and worklist within our project management system. 

Qualifications: 

• Salesforce certified administrator – must provide proof of current certification. 
• 2 years’ experience administering Salesforce. 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer, technology, or related field. 
• Experience working in a high functioning sales environment.

• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems.
