What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Stream Companies?
The OEM Program Manager will play a key role in the structure and success of OEM initiatives at Stream Companies through facilitating OEM Program Management, tracking results, and coordination. They will act as the intermediary between the OEM Program Operators and internal sales and digital teams. They will handle any escalations or needs of our internal teams or external points of contacts.
The OEM Program Manager will assist the VP in organization, oversight, management, and performance tracking of their assigned OEM. They will also work closely with any assigned Data Coordinator for billing and reporting, and oversight of all OEM activities.
The OEM Program Manager will be highly communicative, organized, and detail oriented. They will also be responsible for fostering relationships with current OEMs and Tier 2 contacts for growth opportunities through in-person visits and consistent communication. They will be dedicated to documenting progress in Salesforce, project boards, and any reporting.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact with program directors, field reps, and OEM Area Managers for program facilitation on select OEMs
- Become the resident expert on assigned OEMs to assist client services, digital, creative, and coop/billing teams including program details, guidelines, billing/reporting needs, and asset locations
- Generate sales Tier 2, Heavy Up and Dealer sales through prospecting and business relationships
- Seek to oversee and audit admin reporting and billing and handle any client escalation
- Track and illustrate OEM program adoption growth (marketshare)
- Monitor results to ensure Stream is a leader in each OEM program’s performance reviews
- Coordinate with Digital Teams to increase performance
- Be responsible for building and fostering OEM relationships
- Disseminate OEM updates and communication to digital, creative, and client service teams
- Facilitate communication between the OEM and the Sales department
- Coordinate with Marketing for Heavy Up deployment strategy, assignment, and tracking
- Document and communicate effectively regarding all working OEM sales growth opportunities
- Analyzes overall program performance
- Problem solves to course correct where needed
- Communicates with team and gathers information to challenges OEM when needed
- Travel to Monthly/Quarterly visits to Program HQ, field reps, and any dealer opportunity
- Creative Ad Planner experience working with Tier 1 – Tier 3
- Agency experience working with large organizations and managing projects
- The ability to troubleshoot complex projects
- Will collaborate with OEM partners and experts to strategize, optimize, and deploy programs/ Campaigns to meet goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 years related experience

- Ability to effectively communicate via email and phone with clients and internal teams
- Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
- Experience working with Automotive OEMs at the regional and national level required
KPIs:
- OEM Relations
- 4 visits per month with previously unfamiliar OEM field reps, Business Center reps, or Program Directors
- 3 meetings/ visits per month to continue relationships and foster opportunities
- *To be responsible for expenses by coordinating visits by team/city to ensure travel costs are limited.
- OEM Expectations
- Stream program market share and key metrics improvements each quarter
- Quarterly reports to find Stream Companies as top 5 in performance vs competition
- OEM Program Management
- 1 New Heavy Up per quarter per assigned OEM
- (product/service previously not included, MUST be pre-approved by CMO/CEO
- Heavy Up Adoption: 5 new sales opportunities per Heavy Up campaign (to be adjusted by OEM size and opportunity)
- Webinar, email, presentation to field team and dealer opportunities generated quarterly
