You are the face of the company and you meet with interested buyers to sell our modern and unique homes throughout the greater Philadelphia area.

Promote and sell Streamline properties to prospective homebuyers by identifying which Streamline projects best fit specific customers' wants and needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Stay up-to-date with community and product knowledge.
Identify Streamline's unique selling propositions throughout the different properties.
Educate prospects on the builder, communities and individual homes.
Determine the best sales and marketing practices for different properties and demographics.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and home buyers.
Guide homebuyers throughout the purchasing process, including the Agreement of Sale, construction, mortgage processes, etc.
Generate new traffic through relationships with Realtors, community events and meetings, and other networking avenues.
Inherit the Company’s selling philosophy and procedures.
Utilize training materials and participate in ongoing sales team training.
Provide brochure documentation to leads including price sheets, included features, area maps, mortgage information, etc.
Deliver timely and consistent follow through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing.
Maintain & keep the CRM database up to date with thorough details.
Provide underwriting team with listing & market feedback.
Valid driver license.
High School diploma or GED.
Must have a reliable form of transportation.
Must be a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania with good standing.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset (sales experience a plus).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take initiative.
Must be a moderately tech-savvy agent who wants to use our technology to engage clients.
Knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods.
Previous new home sales experience.
Computer proficient and the ability to understand financial principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prospect, build relationships, and develop marketing strategies.
Professional appearance and presentation.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
