Primary Responsibilities:
- Be the gatekeeper of the corporate operations team, communicating with all other departments to keep things progressing and advancing.
- Assist the COO with meeting scheduling, note taking and follow up.
- Oversee office functions such as ordering supplies, ect., and simply making sure everything runs without hiccups.
- Central support for restaurant managers to request information on vendors, insurance, etc.
- Help organize and maintain training materials, ensure the teams have what they need
- Schedule and participate in meetings throughout our brands, you will need to be extremely organized and will essentially own the calendars for the companies executives.

Experience:
- You need to have excellent writing skills.
- Be very proficient in Google, Microsoft Office Suites
- Restaurant experience (in any capacity) a plus
- Comfortable with learning new technologies
- Must possess ability to self navigate through road blocks
Additional Details:
This is mainly an office position, although there is the potential to be remote 1 or 2 days per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Experience in the restaurant/hospitality/retail industry is a plus, as it will be essential for the candidate to actively absorb and embrace the brand.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
