We are looking for DYNAMIC individuals in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness Professions, and Exercise Science Majors or related field with college level credit coursework in anatomy and physiology who want to be on the forefront of a movement that is sweeping the nation. If selected all trainees must pass a week of training where they will learn and test out on our modalities.

- Strong knowledge in Human Anatomy & Physiology
- Health and wellness or fitness background

- Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationships
- The ability to complete daily tasks which can include general cleaning, contacting clients, scheduling, and supporting other team members.
- The ability to take occasional feedback and have a desire to learn and grow in this new health and wellness industry taking America by storm.
Essential Duties
- Provide Lead the studio team as a positive servant leader on a daily basis
- Be responsible and rewarded for studio revenue performance
- Implement and support company sales programs to generate new sales
- Achieve required goals and key metrics
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a health, wellness, fitness or related field
- The successful completion of the paid 40 hour a week certification program, and the adherence of these skills and abilities throughout your stretch sessions.
- Hard working, enthusiastic, energetic and passionate for help others
- Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and must have own reliable means of transportation.
Physical Demands
- Continual standing, lifting, pushing, pulling and walking during shift.
- Comfortable with continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Saturday

The owners felt that Wisconsin would greatly benefit from this new Health and Wellness concept that helps our clients "Feel Better so they can Do More."
