StretchLab Castle Rock is seeking Personal Trainings, Athletic Trainers, Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructors, Physical Therapist Aides, and Corrective Exercise Specialists to join our team. Our Flexologist provide one-on-one assisted stretches for our clients. We are the industry leaders in one-on-one assisted stretching and have created a variety of offerings to empower clients to "Live Long". StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals, and our proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP) is recognized by various accredited Fitness Associations ensuring that our clients receive a world class stretching experience. Our clientele ranges through all demographics such as athletes, youth athletes, entrepreneurs, retired persons and more.

The goal of a Flexologist is to create the best professional stretching experience for our clients by ensuring that they get the most out of their stretch without every putting them in danger of pain or injury. Our Flexologist guide every client through each stretch, making sure the client knows what the stretch is designed to do and how it should feel. The Flexologist will let the client know where they are significantly tight and what the client can do during their daily routine to help them improve their mobility and quality of life. Our Flexologist work part-time in a very flexible and enjoyable environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver best-in-class one-on-one assisted stretch experience

• Educate clients on stretching techniques and mobility

• Create customized stretching experience for clients

• Managing client care

• Booking client’s weekly recurring appointment

• Help create a unique StretchLab experience helping build memberships and retention

• Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretching techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety regulations

• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and complete continuing education

• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed

• Maintain strong social media presence to help build client membership and retention

• Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Certification and/or degree from a nationally accredited organization in one or more of the following fields:

• Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer, or Sports Performance Coach

• Massage Therapist

• Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Aide

• Yoga Instructor

• Pilates Instructor

• Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Corrective Exercise, etc.

• Must be available to go through our accredited Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training, and 20 practice hours.

AVAILABILITY

Shifts are generally 5-6 hours each and must be open to working varied shifts including weekends and some out of studio events

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
