Job description
Private Practice Physical Therapy clinic located in Hurrican, UT seeking a part-time receptionist. This position is Mon-Fri from 7:45 am - 1:40 pm starting July 8th, 2024.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Work with other employees in a team environment.
Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a positive, professional manner.
Check in patients.
Check-out patient: Make follow-up appointment.
Provide all the proper paper work for our patients/visitors.
Answer phone calls promptly.
Schedule appointments.
Inform patients of insurance coverage.
Collect patient payments.
Scan information into patient chart daily.
Ensure that patient waiting room and treatment areas are cleaned and organized throughout the day.
Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.

Balance petty cash and cash ledger and prepare envelope for billing deposit.
Assist as required to ensure proper authorizations are in place.
