What are the responsibilities and job description for the Craftsman position at Strike?
Skilled Craftsman performing roles that may include but not limited to: Carpenters, masons, spacers, pipe fitters, painters etc. General trade workers who can perform their specific task without direct oversight. Levels A, B and C are generally differentiated by tenure and talent.
Experience
- 3 years of experience
- Pipeline Construction Industry experience preferred
Competencies
- Must be thoroughly familiar with Strike's safety procedures and methods of operations, maintenance and construction.
Other Criteria:
- Complies with Strike’s policies and procedures.
- Requires travel as needed to project job sites.
- Complies with Strike’s Drug & Alcohol Policy maintaining favorable drug testing results throughout employment.
- Performs job safely with respect to others, property and to individual safety.
- Works effectively with others to encourage teamwork and productivity.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
