Practice Operations Lead

We are looking for a Practice Operations Lead to join our growing team! The Practice Operations Lead is responsible for managing the business operations, revenue management, collections metrics, and goals of your assigned practices through the development of the strong partnership relations with the staff and management support services. The Practice Operations Lead is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the dental office. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained;
• Acquire, distribute and store supplies;
• Schedule Management;
• Review daily schedule and verify insurance;
• Assist with treatment coordination;
• Monitor and assist all staff;
• Assist in all front office duties;
• Review End-of-Day report and send to accounting;
• Manage patient treatment follow-up calls;
• Identify, address and resolve customer concerns;
• Monitor coverage and staffing;
• Direct or coordinate the support services department of the office;
• Lead the Office Morning Huddle;
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical system

Requirements

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required but are not necessarily all-inclusive.

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Management experience, highly preferred
• Dental experience required
• 3+ years in similar role required or equivalent education, required
