An established, mobile ultrasound company is seeking smiling, energetic, bilingual and positive person to be a part of our onsite results department. You will be responsible for the administration of patient results.

Qualified Candidates MUST:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exhibit a positive attitude.
- Excellent Customer Service ethics
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Attention to details.
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to Results Department office staff
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Compiling, organizing, maintaining and protecting patient confidentiality medical records
- Processing health information request of Patient Results
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Fluent Bilingual is a plus
